Solar with In Series is easy!

In Series Electrical & Solar were amazing throughout the whole process of getting my solar setup, Bill is a great salesman & explained everything so that I could understand it. I can’t recommend them enough.

Had solar panels installed this week and the process couldn't have been easier from first sales discussions and arrangements with Bill then the install team (Des and the lads) had it all sorted in a day and left our place immaculate. We highly recommend them.

For a local solar company we could have not ask for better service. The attention to detail for us to have solar was perfect... Even down to the selection of the panels... we could not have asked for a more perfect transaction ...nothing was any trouble, and to the installation with In series electrical & solar co with minimal disruption very nice people... If I could do it again I wouldn't hesitate. We now have low to zero power bill... we added 3.3kw to our existing system.

Bill the person giving quote gave us a detailed quote and sat with us to talk through what was involved Installation was about 4 weeks after accepting quote and on day of installation the 3 workers were very friendly and efficient. They were mindful of making a mess after rain They have notified our electricity provider of installation and we are waiting on them for final process.

Overall I would recommend In Series for any solar panel installation. Great job.

Organising solar with In Series was amazingly easy. Des had it organised and sorted in no time at all. Technicians installing panels were professional and helpful and left no trace they were there. Will use In Series electrical again.

I liked the professional way the company came across there prices were what I expected installers were great connecting to the grid a bit slow aurora's fault not in series. Overall everything went well. Thanks for the recommendation.

Quoting System was excellent, The sales consultant came prepared with a folder with all details and a overhead view of the roof with images of where the solar panels would be fitted.

A very professional team who carried out a no fuss, quick high quality professional installation. They helped organise the grid connection and answered all my questions about tariffs and Aurora +.

Bill was very frank about the pros and cons of different system configurations, and helpfully directed me to additional information to address questions he didn't have immediate answers to. Bill and Des also appeared to work well as a team, and communications from Des were prompt and clear, providing exactly the information I needed to make a decision. Same goes for the installation team, who arrived on time, and delivered exactly as promised.

Also, at no point was anyone from In Series pushy, which I greatly appreciated.

The In Series team were great from sales talk to installation. The installation was very professional, the lads were well-mannered and polite, and they left our place immaculate...no bits and pieces or rubbish, unlike other tradies we have had complete work.

In series electrical was the first to get in touch with me and sent me 4 proposal’s. The next day they turned up to look at the job and discuss options, they even customised the system to suit my needs. The installation went smoothly and looks great.

Requested several quotes for a solar installation from different companies. In Series were the first to respond. They were very thorough explaining options for pricing and service compared to other companies. I was happy to commit to their quote and had no issues with the installation, the team were very professional and dedicated to the install. System has had no issues to date. Happy to recommend them.

Des was very prompt with his quote and it was the best priced. 4 guys showed up for the install which was done neatly and efficiently in about 3 hours. They tidied up afterwards and provided good instruction on system usage.
