For a local solar company we could have not ask for better service. The attention to detail for us to have solar was perfect... Even down to the selection of the panels... we could not have asked for a more perfect transaction ...nothing was any trouble, and to the installation with In series electrical & solar co with minimal disruption very nice people... If I could do it again I wouldn't hesitate. We now have low to zero power bill... we added 3.3kw to our existing system.

Bill the person giving quote gave us a detailed quote and sat with us to talk through what was involved Installation was about 4 weeks after accepting quote and on day of installation the 3 workers were very friendly and efficient. They were mindful of making a mess after rain They have notified our electricity provider of installation and we are waiting on them for final process.
Overall I would recommend In Series for any solar panel installation. Great job.

The In Series team were great from sales talk to installation. The installation was very professional, the lads were well-mannered and polite, and they left our place immaculate...no bits and pieces or rubbish, unlike other tradies we have had complete work.

Bill was very frank about the pros and cons of different system configurations, and helpfully directed me to additional information to address questions he didn't have immediate answers to. Bill and Des also appeared to work well as a team, and communications from Des were prompt and clear, providing exactly the information I needed to make a decision. Same goes for the installation team, who arrived on time, and delivered exactly as promised.
Also, at no point was anyone from In Series pushy, which I greatly appreciated.
